  • Is there a fixed contract?
    Quite simply, No. We offer a rolling month by month scheme - that's how confident we are that you're going to love Acumen Job Management System. We don't sell the system to the mass markets, only to users we believe it can help.
  • Do you have a demo or trial version?
    Unfortunately, as we are not advertising to mass markets, and are only working with users whom the system will compliment, we are not offering a trial version. Instead, if you fill out our enquiry form on our subscriptions page, we are able to carry out a demo based on your system needs.
  • I already have subscriptions for some of the modules that you advertise (such as Health & Safety), do I have to use all of the system functions?
    No, our motto is "Have it your way", meaning that you can pick and choose to remove items that you don't need. The beauty of this is that you can bring them back when you need them in the settings!
  • Does the system only work with Xero?
    Yes. We chose Xero as a market leader and to be a niche service to work alongside.
  • I'm interested - How do I get started?
    Head to our Plans and Pricing page and take a look at our available subscriptions. Fill out the information request form below, scheduling a time for us to contact you. We will call and discuss your individual system requirements (allowing us to agree the implementation and fees). Payment mandates will be sent out for initial fees and implementation costs (if applicable). Implementation begins - Depending on your subscription levels, this can be as little as 3 to 10 days (based on your data being readily available). Launch day! Weekly check ins for your first month using Acumen Job Management System. Full hand over of your up and running system, whilst still maintaining technical support as standard.
  • I'm a new start company, but I want to grow. Is the system right for me?
    Yes! Our base package is perfect for all new and established companies, but our system is designed to help you achieve the growth that you want.
  • Can you help us implement the system to our team?
    We can implement Acumen in weeks not months, as compared to other systems. The key to any successful system is to keep it simple, and we always recommend appointing a person (champion) during the implementation process. Additionally, we provide extensive training and ongoing support to ensure a smooth transition to Acumen. Our team of experts is always available to answer any questions and provide guidance to optimize the use of the system. With Acumen, you can focus on growing your business while we handle the operational details.
  • What makes Acumen different from other Job Management Systems?
    Acumen stands out from other CRM and job management systems because it was specifically built to assist contractors. Although there are several general field service systems available in the market that have been modified to cater to building contractors, many of our users have expressed that these systems focus more on call-out services, and lack some of the features that are essential for their businesses. In contrast, Acumen is primarily a business tool designed to oversee all jobs, with added benefits of service field management.
